How I'd approach the MVP:
1. Start with the transcript analysis workflow end to end: Fathom webhook into n8n, Claude extraction into a strict JSON schema (next steps, objections, deal signals), then a validated write to GHL and Supabase.
2. Wrap every GHL and Claude call in retry-with-backoff and log the deliveryId, so nothing silently vanishes on a non-200 and duplicates get deduped.
3. Build the pre-call briefing to pull from Supabase as the source of truth, not live GHL reads, keeping it fast and rate-limit safe.
4. Layer the daily executive report last, running off clean stored data so it never reports on half-synced records.
